Baked Mushroom with Goats Cheese and Parma Ham

A simple supper for you guys tonight. Heat the oven to 180'C. Clean a large field mushroom, remove the stalk and lay face up on a baking tray. Spread with pesto, some soft goats cheese, and a piece if parma ham. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve with a crisp salad. Easy!

  1. mmm...perfect I live simple suppers like this...just without the ham for me...but I'm sure it's really tasty...
