Fruit Platter Smoothie

So-named for those times when you buy a pack of pre-prepared fruit thinking that it will make you snack on that instead of biscuits, then soon realise the biscuit barrel is empty and you have a load of soggy fruit in your fridge. Whizz it all up in a blender with some orange juice, a big dollop of fat free yoghurt and a couple of ice cubes, and you'll make a lot of smoothie. A squeeze of lemon juice will preserve it so that you can keep it in he fridge for a day or two. And it's delicious!
