Pineapple, Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie

Miss P is not a morning person. Smoothies make my mornings that little bit better. And fruitier. Cut these into chunks... Add a handful of these frozen little balls of goodness....
2-3 big dollops of this......


Oh, and a drop of honey (approx 1 tsp). Now whizz it all together in a blender, push through a sieve to remove any little bits.....





And get ready to face the day. x
