A rather lazy Sunday today, chilling in the garden drinking ice cold sparkling elderflower, and eating ice lollies.
Quite fitting, then, to have a lazy "roast" in the evening when it started to cool down. We had Linda McCartney veggie sausages with Miss P's Roasties, vegetables and yorkshire puddings. For dessert we had a really cold strawberry jelly, topped with cream and fresh strawberries.
Not the most gourmet but nice and easy!
